While Hyder Silvers operates as an enquiry-based purchase platform, we are committed to your satisfaction and transparency.

• Buyback for Silver Articles: Based on purity standard and daily silver rate.
• Buyback for Silver Jewellery: Calculated at 70% of original invoice value.

Refunds or buyback values will be processed only after product inspection and purity verification. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via the original payment method.
