Damage or Defect Exchange

If any damage or defect is reported and verified within 2–3 working days of delivery or receipt, the product is eligible for a weight-to-weight exchange of the same item.

Post 3 Days

After the 2–3 working day window, products will only be accepted for repair and not for exchange.

Conditions

• Original invoice must be provided
• Products must be unused and in original condition
• Repairs are subject to inspection and may incur charges if the damage is not due to a manufacturing defect
